Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role entails reaching out to prospective customers through outbound calls to inform them about our products, services, or job openings while providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain offerings clearly.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and furnish relevant information.
- Manage consistent follow-ups with leads ensuring ongoing communication.
- Strive to meet daily and weekly call volume and performance goals.
- Accurately record and update client and lead details within the system.
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Basic competency in computer operations.
- Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
- Ability to work towards targets and manage continuous follow-ups.
- Good persuasion and interpersonal communication capabilities.
Employment Details
This position is offered on a full-time basis with a monthly salary range between INR 15,000 and INR 30,000.
