Telecalling Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join a steel manufacturing company specializing in TMT steel. This position involves managing communication with leads, customers, dealers, and distributors to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct calls and follow-ups with prospects, clients, dealers, and distributors.
• Track enquiries, quotations, and outstanding orders to ensure continuous follow-through.
• Update lead and customer details using ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain daily logs of calls and follow-ups for record-keeping.
• Compile reports and management information system (MIS) data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Organize and preserve customer files and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales team for enquiry handling and order updates.
• Monitor pending leads and ensure timely correspondence.
• Address basic customer inquiries and relay information to the sales team.
• Keep both physical and electronic sales records up to date.
• Perform data entry and assist with relevant paperwork as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong communication and effective follow-up abilities.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel and ERP software.
• Accurate data entry and document management skills.
• Capacity to generate straightforward reports.
• Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Prior exposure to the steel or TMT industry is considered advantageous.

Additional Information

Salary: ₹15,000 monthly take-home pay.
Location: Salem, Kondalampatty Bye Pass, Pilliyar Nagar.
Experience Required: 0 to 2 years.
Education: Completion of 12th grade or any graduation.
