Technical Sales Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Field Engineer specializing in Sales & Marketing and Technical Support. Candidates should have a Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering and can be freshers or have up to 5 years of experience. A valid two-wheeler driving license and readiness for extensive travel are mandatory.

Core Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with site engineers, architects, civil contractors, masons, and dealers to clarify product features of TMT bars and promote brand preference.
• Conduct technical discussions at project sites and dealer locations to convert product knowledge into brand selection.
• Plan and conduct regular site visits including construction locations and dealer points to cover the field efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop new leads, pursue project inquiries, and convert them into sales.
• Manage influencer programs by onboarding new masons, contractors, and engineers into loyalty and reward schemes to foster ongoing relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Provide daily reports on site visits, competitor actions, and market insights.
• Assist with technical presentations and product demonstrations as needed.

Additional Information

• Maximum gross salary: Rs. 28,000 plus Rs. 7,000 allowances.
• Employment is on-roll with benefits including ESI, PF, and incentives.
