Job Overview
Teleperformance Global Services Private Limited is hiring Telecalling / Telesales Executives to work on the SBI Banking Process based in Marathahalli, Bangalore. This role is open to fresh graduates who are fluent in one of the Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada languages.
Work Schedule
- The role requires working 6 days a week, with one rotational off day.
- Female employees work any 9-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Male employees work any 9-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 12:00 midnight.
Language and Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada is mandatory.
- Candidates must have a Versant score of level 4 or above; profiles should be pre-verified for this metric.
Compensation Details
- The compensation for Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada speakers is a total cost to company (CTC) of ₹20,000, with an approximate take-home salary of ₹16,000 per month.
- Malayalam speakers receive the same CTC and approximate take-home salary.
- Additional allowances include a language allowance of ₹1,800 and a shift allowance of ₹1,200, which is paid quarterly.
