Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join our Email Process Customer Support team at our Hebbal location in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role entails handling customer support via email with accuracy and professionalism.
Compensation and Work Hours
The position offers a gross monthly salary of ₹25,000 (CTC) with a take-home pay of ₹20,000. Shift hours differ based on gender: female team members work from either 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, whereas male team members are scheduled from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Please note, there is no cab facility provided.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Applicants must have completed at least 12th grade or equivalent.
- A minimum of six months' prior experience in customer support is required, with mandatory exposure to email-based processes.
- Strong command of English language comprehension is essential.
