Senior Customer Services Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking both freshers and experienced candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive, working specifically in the NA Phone process. This role is based on-site at Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, and requires excellent spoken communication skills.

Key Responsibilities and Work Conditions

• Handle customer support duties primarily through voice interactions.
• Work in rotational shifts with a 5-day working week.
• No transportation will be provided for morning shifts; however, cab services are available (chargeable) for shifts starting after 2 PM.
• There will be no leaves permitted during the initial 3 months of employment.

Compensation Details

• Freshers will receive a monthly CTC of ₹26,500 plus a ₹2,500 performance-linked incentive (PLI).
• Candidates with a minimum of 6 months' experience will be offered ₹27,000 CTC and a ₹3,000 PLI monthly.
