Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have the ability to accurately translate English statements into Hindi or Bengali.
Minimum Qualification
Completion of 12th standard is required.
Salary and Benefits
- For freshers with proficient communication skills in Hindi and Bengali: take-home pay of ₹10,900 per month (total CTC ₹13,500).
- For candidates who also have strong English communication skills: take-home pay of ₹12,000 per month (total CTC ₹15,000).
- Performance-based incentives available in addition to fixed salary.
- Permanent employment with immediate joining.
Working Conditions
- Nine-hour rotational shifts.
- Rotational weekly off days.
- Work location: Salt Lake, Kolkata.
Additional Information
Applicants should be up to 35 years of age.
