Telecaller - Screening & Appointment Setting

About the Role

This role is for a Telecaller position to specialize in screening and appointment setting, operated by Imitate Labs on behalf of Cybermind Works. Based in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, you will support the sales function by generating and qualifying B2B leads through outbound calls and booking meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using provided lists of cold and warm leads.
• Handle inbound enquiries and prioritize AI-identified promising leads.
• Assess potential clients to validate budget, decision-making authority, needs, and timeline.
• Schedule meetings and manage communication including confirmations and reminders.
• Perform follow-up communications diligently without pressure tactics.
• Keep precise records of call details and update leads in the CRM system.
• Achieve target call volumes and meet both daily and weekly goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecalling, inside sales, or appointment scheduling roles.
• Fluency in both Tamil and English languages is essential.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or Malayalam is considered advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Comfortable managing a heavy volume of calls and persistent follow-ups.
• Proficient use of WhatsApp Business, CRM software, and calendar management tools.
• Must reliably commute to the workplace in Thiruvanmiyur.
