About the Role

We are seeking a proactive appointment setter to join Apex Media AI, a lead generation agency specializing in Meta ad campaigns for construction companies across Ireland and the UK. The company is rapidly expanding and needs an individual skilled with phone communication to schedule qualified sales calls from an existing warm lead database.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate calls to warm leads from a prepared list
Assess lead quality using a provided qualification script
Schedule qualified prospects into the sales calendar
Document call results thoroughly
Maintain daily communication with the founding team
Submit weekly performance reports

Candidate Profile

Speak English with a clear, neutral accent perceived as native by Irish, UK, or US listeners
Confident, calm demeanor on phone without being aggressive
Dependable, consistent with the ability to dedicate 4+ hours daily
Have own laptop and reliable internet connection
Motivated by performance-based earning opportunities
Bonus: prior experience in B2B sales or cold calling is helpful but not mandatory

Compensation Details

Completely pay-for-performance model based on qualified sales calls that show up
Potential earnings range from €800 to €2,000+ monthly depending on results
No upper limit on earnings; top performers determine their own income ceiling
