About the Role

This position is exclusively for female candidates to serve as telecallers at Bajaj Life Insurance located in Mahankali Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Freshers and candidates with prior experience can apply. The educational requirement is minimum completion of 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound telephone calls to potential clients to outline available services and opportunities.
• Respond accurately to customer inquiries and supply necessary information.
• Maintain consistent follow-up contact with interested customers to facilitate ongoing engagement.
• Assess customer needs and assist them in alignment with those requirements.
• Keep simple records of calls made and follow-ups conducted.
• Address customer objections courteously and professionally.
• Meet predetermined call and follow-up targets as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Effective verbal communication abilities.
• Basic proficiency in English and/or Telugu languages.
• Confidence combined with polite interaction style.
• Listening skills with capability to persuade customers.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer operations.
• Positive mindset with eagerness to learn and develop.
• Competency in phone-based communication.
