Job description
About the Role
This position is for Insurance Consultants or Retail Partners at Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited based in Kolkata, West Bengal. The role centers around managing the insurance sales process and building a successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end insurance sales process.
- Conduct cold calling to recruit new candidates for the sales team.
- Interview and select potential team members.
- Complete necessary documentation and processing for sales and recruitment activities.
- Drive policy sales through team members and take responsibility for team performance.
- Lead and guide a team of insurance consultants to meet targets.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of the team continually.
- Handle customer interactions and maintain client relationships.
Training Assignment
During the training phase, candidates will be assigned to approach six different individuals to present six policy offers or submit Rs.3 lakh RNBC submissions. Additionally, candidates are expected to recruit four employees such as Insurance Consultants or Agents.
