About the Role
Bajaj Life Insurance is seeking a Team Leader for their Pune office. This position offers a flexible work mode including hybrid and work-from-home opportunities. The successful candidate will head a team of Insurance Advisors, guiding them to meet business objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, leadership, and mentoring of Insurance Advisors.
- Driving team sales to meet monthly goals.
- Conducting coaching sessions both virtually and in the field to enhance advisor performance.
- Assisting advisors in client acquisition, relationship management, and closing policies.
- Monitoring daily team productivity, sales pipeline, and overall business results.
- Ensuring customer service excellence and adherence to company compliance standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree required; MBA is preferred.
- Between 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, or Life Insurance sectors.
- Prior experience in managing or leading a team is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management capabilities.
