Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their insurance and financial planning needs
• Provide clear explanations of life insurance products, savings plans, retirement schemes, and investment options

• Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and team collaborations

Training and Career Progression

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive three-month professional training program to build their competence as insurance consultants. During this period, they will receive mentorship from seasoned team leaders. Upon successful completion and evaluation, there is an opportunity for promotion to the position of Retail Partner.

Examination and Associated Fees

As mandated by IRDAI regulations, candidates must pass the IC38 examination. A fee of ₹614 may apply to cover examination and training expenses.
