About the Role
VGM Consultants Limited is urgently seeking 100 Telecaller Executives for its Singasandra, Bangalore location. This is an on-site, office-based role with immediate hiring. The position involves working day shifts with rotational weekly offs. Candidates should be proficient in English and either Kannada or Telugu languages. Both freshers and experienced applicants with educational qualifications ranging from PUC to graduate level are encouraged to apply. The age range for applicants is between 18 and 30 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing both incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently.
- Providing clear explanations of services and relevant information.
- Following up with customers about payments and service-related queries.
- Maintaining accurate call records and updating the system accordingly.
- Meeting daily targets related to call volume and performance.
- Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fields such as Collections, Sales, Customer Support, or BPO roles is advantageous.
- Candidates holding DRA certification are favored and may qualify for higher salary packages.
Additional Information
- Salary ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
- Work mode is strictly from the office premises.
- Shift timing is during the day with rotational off days.
