Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join our team based in New Town, Kolkata. This position involves office-based work with timings from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th standard pass
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience
- Effective communication skills are essential
- Basic knowledge of computer operations required
- Preferred age between 18 and 35 years
- Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for communication
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers
- Clearly explain the company's products and services to generate leads
- Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to advance sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate call logs and prepare daily progress reports
- Meet or exceed daily call target requirements consistently
