Customer Support Executive

Overview

We are urgently recruiting for the position of Customer Support Executive at VGM Consultant Pvt. Ltd, located in Kolkata. This role is suited for candidates who have completed 12th grade and possess basic computer skills along with good communication abilities. The voice process involves handling customer interactions primarily in Hindi and regional languages such as Bengali, Assamese, or Oriya.

Position Details

• Number of openings: 30
• Work location: Kolkata office (on-site)
• Age criteria: 18 to 35 years
• Shift timing: Day shift only
• Salary: INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month (in hand)
• Additional benefits: Incentives and Provident Fund contributions

Salary Structure

Freshers are offered a starting pay of around INR 10,000 per month, while experienced candidates with valid documentation and previous salary records may earn between INR 11,000 to 15,000 per month along with performance-based incentives.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have completed 12th grade education.
• Fluency in Hindi along with one of the languages Bengali, Assamese, or Oriya is mandatory.
• Basic computer literacy and effective communication skills are required.
