Customer Support Executive

Overview

We are urgently seeking Customer Support Executives for VGM Consultant Pvt. Ltd located in Kolkata, West Bengal. This opportunity is for candidates holding at least a 12th-grade educational qualification and proficient in Hindi plus one of the regional languages: Bengali, Assamese or Oriya. The role involves handling voice-based customer support processes from the office.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers effectively through voice communication to provide support and assist with inquiries during day shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass.
• Fluency in Hindi and either Bengali, Assamese, or Oriya.
• Proficient communication skills with a good command of the language.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Age must be between 18 and 35 years.

Work Details

• Voice process requiring clear and courteous communication.
• Shift timing is fixed to day shift only.
• Work location is strictly from office based in Kolkata.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary ranges from INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month in-hand.
• Salary allocation depends on candidate’s experience and previous pay structure: freshers receive INR 10,000, experienced candidates between INR 11,000 and 15,000.
• Additional incentives and Provident Fund contributions provided.
