About the Role
Pallywear Gifting Solutions Private Limited is seeking a proactive and confident Telecaller based in Chennai. This full-time position involves managing both outbound and inbound calls, delivering clear explanations of the company's products and services, and cultivating positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote services.
- Respond efficiently to inbound customer inquiries.
- Clearly articulate product and service information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow up as necessary.
- Meet assigned daily and weekly performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic familiarity with computer usage.
- Previous experience in telecalling is advantageous.
- Positive demeanor with strong persuasion abilities.
Compensation and Working Hours
The salary range for this role is ₹13,000 to ₹20,000 per month, complemented by attractive incentives. The work schedule is from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
