Role Overview

Shivaay Associates is seeking a proactive and well-organized Telecaller to join their team in Delhi-NCR. The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, developing loan leads, assisting with documentation, and facilitating the loan application processes efficiently.

Key Duties

• Engage customers through effective communication to generate potential loan leads.
• Coordinate necessary documentation for loan applications ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and loan follow-ups.
• Support the loan processing team by providing timely information and updates.

Candidate Expectations

Additional Information

The role involves working onsite at Delhi-NCR with a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 35,000 INR based on skills and experience.
