Overview
This role involves reaching out to potential and current customers via outbound calls to promote products or services while maintaining customer information.
Key Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients based on a supplied contact list.
- Utilize scripted dialogues for sales pitches, modifying responses as needed to engage customers.
- Conduct follow-up communications to progress leads through the sales process.
- Record and update customer information and call details accurately in the CRM system.
- Strive to meet individual and team sales targets, call quotas, and conversion benchmarks.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product pricing, features, and availability.
