Job description
Tele Collection Specialist Role Overview
- Proficient communication skills in regional languages, specifically Malayalam.
- Strong ability to persuade customers effectively over the phone.
- Familiar with basic telephone etiquette.
- Basic written English proficiency is mandatory.
Work Shifts and Location
- Shift timings available: 9 AM to 6 PM and 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Work location set in Kakkanad, Kochi.
Candidate Expectations
- Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any field.
- Possession of the Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) exam certification is advantageous.
- Work schedule includes six working days per week.
