Job Overview

Nomads Pg seeks a committed and articulate Telecalling Executive to manage incoming inquiries, assist prospective tenants, and offer support to current residents. This position entails delivering precise information about our PG accommodations, handling customer communications, and maintaining effective dialogue via calls and WhatsApp.

Working Hours

The work schedule is from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with one weekday holiday between Tuesday and Thursday, chosen according to the candidate's preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and provide information regarding room availability, pricing, facilities, and location.
• Assist potential renters by guiding them and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Manage resident complaints and liaise with the operations team to ensure timely resolution.
• Distribute information, including photos and location details, through WhatsApp to interested leads.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospective customers to finalize bookings.
• Document and update lead data, interactions, and complaints thoroughly.
• Maintain courteous, professional, and timely communication at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Kannada or other regional languages is advantageous.
• Basic familiarity with WhatsApp and proper telephone etiquette.
• Capacity to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups with efficiency.
• Preferably previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles.
