Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team. This role focuses on engaging with potential parents and students, providing information about the school and its programs, and assisting in the admissions process. The candidate will also occasionally visit branches to counsel parents directly.

Candidate Requirements and Essential Skills

• At least two years of relevant experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably within the education sector.
• Proficient communication skills in both Telugu and English, ensuring clear and effective dialogue.
• Strong listening capabilities coupled with problem-solving expertise.
• Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software.
• Effective multitasking abilities, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• A positive demeanor, patience, and professional handling of parental concerns.
