Role Overview

As the Telco Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role supporting the store management team to meet store-wide objectives. Your primary focus will be on fostering a high-performance culture and delivering excellent customer experiences within the Communications department.

• Driving sales and profitability goals by delivering continuous training, coaching, and feedback to your Communications team, always prioritizing the customer experience.
• Leading efforts to uphold and maintain merchandising standards specific to the Communications department.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and safety standards within department operations, including management of in-store processes and incident reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Enjoys working in an informal and enjoyable environment, supported by proven retail experience and a solid understanding of telecommunications.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and experience handling cash transactions and EFTPOS systems, preferably electronic POS, with a proven ability to sell retail merchandise effectively.
• Capable of both independent initiative and collaborative teamwork, with resilience to perform under pressure.
