About the Role and Team
Join Cisco's dynamic Europe, Middle East & Africa Service Provider (EMEA SP) division, focusing on the vital telecom sector that underpins evolving digital economies. This position centers on driving growth with a key Service Provider client in Saudi Arabia, enabling customer success through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusted advisor relationships by prioritizing customer experience.
- Develop and manage the Cisco Account Management Business Plan comprehensively.
- Coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Strategically plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve or exceed targets within set timelines.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects continuously.
- Provide precise business metrics, including forecasts and pipeline reports regularly.
- Monitor and anticipate market, opportunity, and customer changes impacting revenue goals.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships at all organizational levels, including CxO executives.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives while maintaining forecast accuracy and pipeline integrity.
Candidate Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of proven success in surpassing sales objectives.
- Expertise in fostering trusted engagements with both technical and business decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen combined with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Proficient collaborator within a team-based setting.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Preferred background includes telecom/service provider sales experience.
- Knowledgeable in Cisco or competitive technology and business landscapes.
- Ability to align customer business drivers with Cisco’s solutions effectively.
- Negotiation skills for crafting mutually advantageous agreements.
- Solid operational and financial management capabilities.
Work Conditions and Benefits
- Full-time hybrid work model, onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Standard workweek of 48 hours.
