Overview
Join a future-oriented organization as a Technology Support Services Presales Manager, leading a dedicated team to develop and advocate active infrastructure solutions regionally. This hands-on leadership role merges deep technical know-how with team management responsibilities to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the principal technical presales expert for active infrastructure offerings such as routing, switching, security, and data center networking.
- Design comprehensive solutions and verify architectures, generating detailed Bills of Materials tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain and cultivate technical relationships with leading OEMs, staying informed on their product portfolios and strategic directions.
- Provide presales support across Southeast Asia, India, and the wider APAC region, handling complex bids involving multi-regional coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify opportunities and rigorously assess technical needs for advanced solutions.
- Deliver technical coaching and training to sales personnel and junior presales team members as required.
- Ensure solutions comply with best practices related to security, scalability, and performance, while keeping abreast of the latest networking technology advancements.
Key Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the design, deployment, and commissioning of active infrastructure technologies.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in presales or solutions architecture roles involving direct client engagement.
- Proven expertise in designing and communicating complex architectures, both from technical and commercial perspectives.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, network security, compute, storage, high-performance computing (HPC), and virtualization technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of delivering impactful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, fluent in addressing both technical and non-technical audiences.
