Role Overview
This exciting position as Technology Strategy Manager centers on driving the future of People & Culture technology at Fonterra. You will lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the P&C technology roadmap, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, IT, and delivery teams to realize strategic business outcomes. This role involves strategic ownership, risk management, and facilitating enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance HR technology, automation, and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to discover opportunities and align technology investments with organizational priorities.
- Advocate for innovative HR technology, automation, and AI tools that improve employee experience and simplify HR processes.
- Lead the planning and prioritization of P&C technology projects, overseeing discovery phases, business case development, decision-making, and managing risks and issues.
- Provide business guidance to cross-functional delivery teams including project managers, scrum masters, analysts, IT professionals, and external vendors.
- Ensure realization of business value through robust governance, active stakeholder engagement, and focus on measurable outcomes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a strategic, forward-thinking technology expert passionate about leveraging innovative solutions to transform business processes. You have at least five years of experience in technology, process, or transformation delivery within complex organizations, paired with a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Skilled at navigating ambiguity and influencing diverse stakeholders, you excel at aligning technology initiatives with broader corporate goals.
You are deeply curious about emerging and disruptive technologies and enthusiastic about simplifying processes, improving experiences, and creating value via innovation. Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking abilities enable you to drive collaboration and deliver successful outcomes in multifaceted settings.
