Pictor Telematics is inviting applications for the position of Technical Sales Executive based in Noida. This role is tailored for sharp, high-aptitude freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience. It offers a platform to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearly convey product features, functionalities, and value propositions to business clients using various channels including phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, identify pain points, and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Support senior leadership by assisting in product demos, sales pitches, and preparing custom quotations.
• Qualify leads through initial discovery calls and maintain organized CRM records.
• Continuously update knowledge on product updates and industry trends.

Candidate Profile

• Strong logical reasoning and a fast-learning ability with curiosity for technology.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English capable of professional communication.
• Educational qualifications including B.Tech/B.E, BCA, B.Sc (IT/CS), BBA, MBA, or relevant technical or management degrees.
• A proactive and energetic attitude coupled with strong drive and confidence to reach sales targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000.
• Annual CTC between ₹1.2 lakh and ₹3.2 lakh, linked to performance-based growth.
