Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated fresh graduates eager to begin their careers in sales and business development. This entry-level position based in Noida focuses on developing foundational skills in B2B sales through hands-on training and practical experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via calls to initiate communication.
• Identify and understand clients' needs effectively.
• Present and clarify the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Maintain ongoing communication with leads through consistent follow-ups.
• Discover and create new business opportunities.
• Organize meetings and product demonstrations with potential customers.
• Record and manage lead information including follow-up details.
• Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers without prior work experience.
• Fundamental English communication ability.
• Confidence and good interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and progress within the sales domain.
• Positive mindset and strong work ethic.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.

Additional Information

• Work location: Onsite in Noida office.
• Compensation: ₹12,000 to ₹30,000 per month (₹1.2 LPA to ₹3.2 LPA).
• Training and mentorship provided to develop business development expertise.
