Position Summary

The Technical Project Manager position, based on-site in Dubai, is a full-time role focused on planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects to ensure they meet defined scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project schedules and resources, and handling risk, issue, and change management. Daily duties involve facilitating project meetings, generating status reports, aligning technical needs with business goals, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders and senior management. The role also includes leading process improvements, supporting project implementation and deployment, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Strong analytical capabilities for effective problem solving, data analysis, and decision making.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders, documentation, and teamwork across functions.
• Proven program management expertise to oversee multiple related projects, align with organizational strategy, and manage dependencies.
• Robust project management abilities including scope definition, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and tracking delivery.
• Leadership skills to direct project teams, encourage collaboration, and ensure accountability.
• Experience handling technical or IT projects, preferably within technology or consulting sectors.
