Quadrant Technologies is a pre-seed startup operating in the Information Technology sector, specializing in B2B product and service offerings. This position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Job Overview
We seek a seasoned Technical Project Manager with over a decade of experience in managing complex enterprise technology projects. This role demands a predominant focus on project management complemented by substantial technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform and AI/ML technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee full project lifecycles, ensuring governance and control.
- Manage detailed aspects of project scope, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and dependencies.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and engineering units.
- Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies to guarantee project milestones are met punctually.
- Track and report on project performance metrics and status for executive leadership.
- Engage with technical teams to support cloud-based and AI/ML solution discussions, particularly involving Google Cloud Platform and DevOps.
- Maintain high standards of delivery quality and identify potential project risks with corresponding mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years in IT with a strong emphasis on project and program management (approximately 70%).
- Technical proficiency (about 30%) with hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (mandatory), AI/ML concepts, cloud architecture, and modern application delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are advantageous.
Preferred Experience
- Track record of managing cloud transformation and AI/ML-focused projects.
- Experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformation efforts.
- Able to effectively collaborate with internationally distributed teams.
Additional Information
- Salary range is between ₹25,000,000 and ₹30,000,000 per annum.
- Immediate joining candidates are strongly preferred.
