Role Overview

As a Technical Project Manager, you will take charge of planning, executing, and ensuring the complete delivery of client implementation projects. Embedded within a broad Delivery team that includes engineers, analysts, data scientists, and architects, your goal is to achieve optimal client outcomes. The role also positions you within Quantexa's global Project Management community aimed at supporting your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of Quantexa project deliveries from initiation through closure, proactively addressing risks and issues while maintaining excellence in quality, cost, timeline, and scope control.
• Ensure projects are executed in ways that deliver maximum value to clients.
• Manage all commercial and financial aspects, collaborating with clients to agree on professional services contracts, including Time & Materials and Fixed Price models.
• Mentor and coach technical teams to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Operate with significant autonomy, engaging Quantexa resources when needed.
• Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies for clients and internal leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Established experience in project management with proven leadership in delivering complex projects successfully.
• Expertise in project methodologies like Agile, with the ability to adapt and scale these across multiple teams.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience, either in consultancy/professional services or client-side roles.
• Hands-on experience delivering substantial data-centric projects across full software lifecycles.
• Technical comprehension necessary to understand project impacts and devise mitigation measures.
• Strong focus on aligning project goals with business objectives, leading teams to prioritize these drivers.
• Skillful navigation of complex multi-team environments through influence and cooperation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to draft effective delivery approaches.
• Advanced communication skills suited for fast-paced client settings.
• Deep understanding of attributes that define a high-quality, operationally reliable system and streamlined development and operational processes.
• Self-motivated with determination, initiative, and perseverance in managing projects.
• Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement.
• Willingness and ability to travel within UAE and Gulf region to meet business and client engagement demands.
