About the Role
We seek a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead comprehensive delivery of engineering initiatives through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role demands hands-on project management skills, in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, expertise in tools like Jira and Confluence, and strong collaboration abilities with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete delivery of technical projects across all SDLC phases.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, release scheduling, and inter-team coordination.
- Set up and manage Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and maintain precise project documentation.
- Continuously monitor project status, dependencies, risks, and milestone achievements.
- Track key engineering metrics including velocity, cycle time, throughput, and sprint predictability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure on-time delivery and alignment.
- Maintain RAID logs, generate project reports, and provide regular status updates.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4–5 years experience managing projects or programs in engineering or product settings.
- Strong grasp of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and robust understanding of SDLC.
- Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across functions effectively.
- Experience in tracking engineering delivery metrics and handling project risks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
