Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

We seek a reliable and seasoned Maintenance & Property Facility Supervisor to manage daily maintenance and operational needs at a wedding venue located in Kanadia, Indore. This position demands oversight of property upkeep to ensure seamless event readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Liaise with electricians, plumbers, AC specialists, contractors, vendors, and other service providers to facilitate prompt repairs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for electrical, AC, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.
• Organize market visits and procure maintenance materials and other necessary items.
• Maintain effective communication between vendors, technicians, property staff, and management teams.
• Guarantee the property is well-prepared and maintained ahead of weddings and events.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, purchases, and pending work.
• Supervise and ensure timely, quality completion of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

• Preferred experience in hotels, resorts, marriage gardens, banquet halls, property maintenance, or facility management.
• Fundamental technical knowledge of electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day maintenance duties.
• Comfortable conducting local market visits and handling purchasing tasks.
• Graduate or diploma holders are preferred.
• Possession of a personal vehicle or capability to travel locally for work is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during scheduled wedding events, including occasional late nights.
• Responsible, disciplined, and dependable work ethic.
• Good communication skills coupled with multitasking ability.
