Team and Role Context

You will join a collaborative environment where product development intertwines engineering, design, analytics, partnerships, legal, risk, and go-to-market teams. The Local Payment Methods team manages a core payments platform responsible for processing billions of dollars annually. This team continually innovates to incorporate emerging payment methods like Buy Now Pay Later, digital wallets, and crypto payments, enhancing merchant benefits and user experiences globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of critical programs and initiatives impacting the team and organization across multiple functions.
• Partner with engineering teams to plan, design, and oversee feature development.
• Develop clear functional specifications, project timelines, release plans, and strategic roadmaps.
• Simultaneously manage multiple software engineering programs through all development phases.
• Influence product decisions aligning with program goals and broader company objectives.
• Foster consensus and collaboration among diverse stakeholders amidst ambiguity.
• Implement and champion agile methodologies to streamline project execution.

Candidate Profile

Minimum qualifications:

• Over six years of experience in technical program and product management with a proven history of delivering global-impact products.
• Demonstrable leadership through all stages of software development from initiation to launch, with strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Strong technical acumen enabling active participation in architecture discussions.
• Independent leadership across cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adept at building relationships and driving collaboration.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience within global fintech, payments, or e-commerce companies.

Work Arrangement

The position requires onsite presence in Singapore with an expectation of spending at least 50% of working time in the office or with users. Specific attendance may vary by role and team needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role in Singapore is SGD 166400 to SGD 249600. Salary levels may depend on location, experience, qualifications, and other factors, and will be clarified during the interview process.
