Key Responsibilities

• Formulate comprehensive project plans and lead projects from initial concept and planning through to execution, ensuring clear agreement on objectives across business units.
• Manage project schedules and detailed tasks utilizing tools like reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.
• Coordinate and direct resource allocation from various organizations to meet project timelines and budget goals, including managing capital requests and procurement activities.
• Oversee cost and schedule performance of equipment projects serving internal teams and external clients and vendors globally.
• Lead cross-functional design teams consisting of internal members and external or matrixed personnel, providing technical guidance to achieve collective objectives.
• Engage with customers to clarify project goals, provide regular status updates, and prepare for deployment and release phases.
• Offer engineering and business process expertise to team members to support resolution of highly complex projects or issues.
• Identify potential program issues proactively and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
