Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Technical Program Manager with over eight years in technology program management, specifically within Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery of complex integration projects and ensure alignment across multiple business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer comprehensive delivery of integration programs involving Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security, Compliance, and external partners.
• Implement strong program governance with project planning, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting to executives.
• Handle technical integrations encompassing APIs, customer platforms, trust systems, deposit services, payment platforms, and external financial institutions.
• Coordinate diverse teams cross-functionally to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Lead technical design and architecture reviews, as well as resolving technical challenges promptly.
• Manage release schedules, monitor milestones, forecast resources, and prepare systems for production deployment.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards, security policies, and operational guidelines.

Required Expertise

• Proven experience in Technical Program Management and large-scale enterprise integration implementations.
• In-depth domain knowledge of Banking, FinTech, Payments, Cash Management, or Treasury Management systems.
• Strong exposure to API integrations, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Competence in payment processing, money movement systems, data integration techniques, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with digital assets and stablecoin initiatives.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
• Experience working with deposit systems, payment networks, financial institution integrations, and platform modernization efforts.
• Background in managing mergers and acquisitions or business integration projects.
