Job description
Role Overview
Join a global FinTech company as a hands-on Technical Product Manager contributing to a significant SaaS transformation initiative. This pivotal position is part of a global platform team focusing on authentication and authorisation services, delivering innovative SaaS solutions primarily for insurance clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead vision, roadmap, and strategy for one or more platform services, driving measurable business impacts.
- Collaborate with a development team and stakeholders to define requirements and priorities, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and platform strategy.
- Manage product backlog, sprint goals, and coordinate delivery priorities supporting solution design and release management.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to define metrics, measure ROI, and validate assumptions using a test-and-learn methodology.
- Drive product adoption and market strategies while effectively communicating progress and advocating for platform excellence within the organization.
- Create clear documentation and provide mentorship to product teams, fostering technical excellence and informed delivery decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced product manager with a solid technical understanding of software development.
- Adept at collaborating within teams using agentic and human-led development approaches; skilled in setting detailed acceptance criteria.
- Proven success in outcome-driven product management specifically involving Public Cloud and SaaS environments.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex scenarios involving multiple teams.
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; capable of aligning and influencing across various seniority levels.
- Experience with authentication and authorisation technologies is preferred.
Working Arrangement
Based in Reigate, England with a hybrid working model: three days remote and two days onsite for team meetings and stakeholder interactions.
