Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary up to £35,000 along with unlimited commission potential

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit top-tier technology professionals to satisfy client requirements
- Build and maintain client relationships while expanding your personal portfolio to grow earnings through commissions
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to their successful placement with the support of advertising and marketing teams
- Achieve and surpass performance targets (KPIs), contributing actively to team success by delivering high-quality services
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant, particularly within technology or related industries
- A driven and competitive attitude, motivated to achieve goals
- Excellent time-management abilities to meet deadlines and KPIs
- Commitment to client satisfaction demonstrated through ethical, consultative recruitment practices
