Role Overview

As a Technical Producer within the Core Technology Group (CTG) at Cloud Imperium Games, you will support Senior Producers to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects. This role involves global collaboration across production areas and close partnership with the Leadership Team to keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a global driver coordinating CTG project delivery in alignment with leadership priorities and available resources.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve risks or changes that could impact deadline achievement.
• Proactively anticipate and resolve challenges both independently and collaboratively, fostering strong teamwork.
• Promote efficient processes and healthy team dynamics through motivation and leadership.
• Perform additional duties consistent with your expertise, including aiding recruitment efforts.
