Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to drive architecture design and implementation in collaboration with multiple teams. This role demands ensuring top-notch code quality, scalability, and performance with a focus on testing and optimization in a product-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with diverse teams to design and implement system architecture.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and enhance scalability and performance through rigorous testing and fine-tuning.
Required Experience and Skills
- 7 to 11 years of solid practical experience in Core Java within product-based companies, excluding service-based organizations.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, Java Collections Framework, multithreading, and design patterns.

- Compensation: Annual salary ranging from 2,500,000 to 3,000,000 INR.
