Technical Lead

Overview

We are building an innovative Cloud Gaming and Cloud PC platform, seeking a Technical Lead who will act as a true founding member and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology and product direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology vision and overall system architecture.
• Develop and expand a low-latency cloud gaming platform from the ground up.
• Architect scalable backend and infrastructure solutions suitable for high-demand environments.
• Independently resolve difficult engineering problems and make strategic technical decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team alongside company expansion.
• Collaborate closely with company founders to inform product development and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–5 years of direct hands-on experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, backend development, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, WebRTC, virtualization technologies, GPU computing, streaming, and cloud services such as AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP.
• Self-starter attitude with ability to independently own tasks and execute effectively with minimal supervision.
• Driven by entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for startup environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills aligned with product-building and innovation.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Background in cloud gaming, Cloud PC/VDI, game streaming, or real-time media platforms.
• Familiarity with FFmpeg, NVENC codec usage, GPU virtualization, or Windows virtualization.
• Experience developing products capable of supporting thousands of simultaneous users.

Compensation & Commitment

This role is a founding CTO & Co-Founder position offering equity in lieu of an initial salary. The position demands full-time commitment and is fully remote with preferred working time overlap with Indian Standard Time (IST).
