Technical Implementation Project Manager - B2B SaaS

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Project Manager with a strong background in managing implementation projects within the B2B SaaS domain. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of leading enterprise client-facing technical implementations and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer success.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software, technology products, or technical projects, ensuring successful completion and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary client-facing owner of implementation projects, managing the project plans and overseeing go-live processes.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to coordinate efforts for seamless customer onboarding and deployment.
• Engage with C-level executives, directors, VPs, and other enterprise decision-makers to build and maintain strategic long-term relationships.
• Provide strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience range of 4 to 7 years, with at least 4+ years as a Technical Implementation Manager, SaaS Implementation Manager, or Technical Project Implementation Manager.
• At least 2 of these recent years should be spent in a B2B SaaS company dealing with enterprise clients.
• Direct experience leading external client project implementations rather than internal project management roles.
• Educational background: engineering graduate degree.
• Preferred candidates include those from B2B SaaS product firms or reputable Big 4 consulting firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, and EY.
