Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Product Manager with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience to join our teams in Mumbai and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to driving platform deployments and integration projects for enterprise clients, serving as the technical and product owner. This role involves deeply understanding client needs, architecting tailored solutions, and connecting platforms with enterprise systems, APIs, and various data sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead platform deployment and integrations with complex enterprise clients.
- Act as the primary technical/product liaison for client requirements gathering and solution design.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop impactful presentations and communicate effectively to diverse teams and clients.
- Manage ambiguity and scope changes with a strong bias toward building and shipping products.
- Mentor and lead Forward Deployed Engineers, nurturing their growth into product leadership roles.
Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a proven record of successful product launches at product companies.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience overseeing platform deployment and integrations for enterprise clients.
- Strong technical ability, including experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and API integrations.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and testers.
- Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and excellent communication skills.
- Comfort with handling evolving project scopes and ambiguity while maintaining a build-first mindset.
- Leadership skills to guide a team of Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Experience in Tier 1 B2C product companies or Series B+ funded B2B product companies.
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise AI production deployments, including evaluation processes, guardrails, and agent observability.
