Technical Advisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Advisor to join our Client Relations department in Nagpur. This full-time role involves supporting international career opportunities through client communication, coordination, and ATS-compliant CV preparation.

Primary Duties

• Manage client interactions via calls, WhatsApp, and email efficiently.
• Gather and understand client needs, explaining suitable services accordingly.
• Liaise with the CV preparation team to meet client needs.
• Comprehend and apply ATS (Applicant Tracking System) criteria to structure CVs with relevant keywords and job-specific details.
• Analyze job descriptions to extract appropriate skills and keywords for CV inclusion.
• Coordinate necessary CV updates tailored to client and job role requirements.
• Follow up with clients to collect documents, approvals, information, and payments.
• Maintain meticulous client records and follow-up documentation.
• Professionally address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to lead conversions and accomplish allocated targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English communication combined with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient client management and persistent follow-up expertise.
• Solid understanding of ATS-friendly CV formatting and keyword optimization techniques.
• Competent at reading and analyzing job descriptions for critical skill and keyword identification.
• Good command of MS Word and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Keen attention to detail with excellent proofreading capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Graduates in any field are welcome; candidates with an MBA or qualifications in Management, English, or Marketing will be favored. Experience working in client servicing, CV/resume writing, immigration, or consultancy is considered beneficial.

Additional Information

• A practical evaluation covering client communication, job description analysis, ATS-focused CV preparation, proactive follow-ups, and query resolution may be conducted for shortlisted applicants.
• The role requires a commitment of at least six months employment (bond) from joining.
• Working days are Monday through Saturday.
