About Wiz and the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Offer expert advice on deploying and operating the Wiz platform and support establishment of a Wiz Center of Excellence.
- Act as main technical contact for customers, handling inquiries and escalations alongside support, product management, and other teams.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders from practitioners to executives, focusing on increasing adoption, maximizing retention, and sustaining satisfaction.
- Develop and guide customers through Success Plans that define important goals and performance indicators, monitoring progress and reporting results internally and externally.
- Advocate customer interests across departments and update clients on new product features.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand use of Wiz solutions within customer organizations.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6 years in customer-facing technical roles, such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Success Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong foundational knowledge of cloud services, architectural best practices, and security, supported by cloud service provider certifications like Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, along with understanding of their security implications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success in fostering enterprise client relationships, promoting customer success, and surpassing targets.
- Experience tackling complex technical challenges and resolving issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, skilled at engaging stakeholders across organizational levels.
