Role Overview
Chapman Tate Associates is collaborating with a reputable Managed Services Provider to recruit an experienced Account Manager in Shrewsbury. This role centers on nurturing and expanding existing accounts to deliver excellent customer service and foster enduring relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and advance a portfolio of current customer accounts.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with pivotal stakeholders within client organizations.
- Detect potential to augment customer spending through offering additional solutions and services.
- Conduct routine customer evaluations and plan account strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and service teams to uphold superior customer experiences.
- Champion account retention and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Diligently update account and sales pipeline data in the CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated background in roles such as Account Manager, IT Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Executive.
- Preferred experience within MSPs, VARs, IT resellers, or technology-centric sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Business-oriented mindset with aptitude to identify growth avenues within existing accounts.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering value-driven solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary of £40,000.
- Uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) of £15,000.
