Role Overview
As a member of the Noel Leeming Services team within TWG, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience in technology and appliance sales. This role involves facilitating end-to-end customer service—from product demonstrations and advice to delivery, installation, and setup in store, home, or workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live demonstrations of technology products to educate and assist customers.
- Provide expert advice to ensure customers receive solutions tailored to their needs.
- Support customers through the installation, delivery, and setup phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience or strong enthusiasm in sales, installation, or customer service sectors.
- Confidence and ability to perform technology setup and installation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate technical information in an accessible manner.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities.
Working Details
This position is located at the Noel Leeming Wairau Park store, with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 45 hours per week.
