Role Overview
Within The Warehouse Group, Noel Leeming stands as the market leader in technology and appliances in New Zealand. The Tech Solution Specialist position is central to enhancing the customer journey by delivering comprehensive service experiences. This role requires providing expert advice, live demonstrations, support, and overseeing delivery, installation, and setup both in-store and at customers’ homes or workspaces.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Demonstrate passion and experience in sales, installation, or customer service sectors.
- Possess confidence and competence in setting up and installing technology products.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and customer support skills, with the ability to adapt technical explanations to diverse customer needs.
- Display a proactive and resourceful approach with solid troubleshooting skills to effectively resolve issues.
- Commit to ongoing professional growth through on-site training and accreditation programs.
Working Hours and Location
This role is based in the Noel Leeming Northlink store in Christchurch, operating Wednesday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 42 hours per week.
