About the Company and Role
Welcome! We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our fast-moving warehouse team at the Wiri Distribution Centre in Auckland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem solving, and can maintain smooth operations today and every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently picking and packing customer and store orders.
- Sorting incoming stock, receipting deliveries, and placing items in designated locations.
- Wrapping pallets and preparing freight shipments ready for dispatch.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Using warehouse systems and handheld devices for inventory and order management.
- Executing basic administrative tasks linked to inventory control.
- Supporting various operational functions according to business needs.
- Identifying and suggesting improvements to processes, productivity, and safety in the workplace.
- Helping maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work setting.
- Assisting in stock investigations and checking inventory accuracy.
- Handling heavy lifting involving items over 100kg with assistance as part of team lifts.

Working Hours
The position follows a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with shifts typically running between 9 AM and 5:30 PM.
